I used the lanyard when I flew to the UK about 4 years ago. I think it worked great. I have actually sent an email to my university asking if hey would join in on the scheme.

I use choiceworks + choiceworks calendar. They are visual. I also use Google Calendar. Alternatively I make schedules with my AAC app, but those are quite expensive for just using for schedules. Next week I'm starting neuropsychological rehabilitation for my autism. It is, to my understanding, meant to help me cope during university and in various other life skills.

Does anyone have experience of something similar? Did it work for you? What should I expect from my first appointment?

I was formally diagnosed in my late tweens/early teens. I am now being re-evaluated, so i can relate. I would actually feel really weird if the assessment said i wasnt autistic. Anything that has to words "brain inflammation" and "autism" sounds like complete bull**** to me.

Also, Youtube videos arent a trustworthy source of information.

I'll believe it when it's a scientific study that has been peer-reviewed
