I never really feel at ease. Even if I look relaxed to other people on the outside, i'm usually anxious and stress out and on the edge on the inside. A shower can give me some temporary relief. Just avoid the political section. I don't see the point discussing the likes of Trump or other political figures of his ilk, as I would not be able to contain myself. So I just avoid that section of the forum.

I get angry in a snappy kind of way. 5HTP helps to control this, but it still happens. I don't like people asking me certain things like "what's on your mind", or "when are you going to get this done"..... I just want to bite their heads off!

It's interesting looking at the poll, i'd have expected it to be a lot closer than that. Unless people who do smoke are hesitant to vote, or don't consider their smoking to be smoking.

Every noise that my neighbours make annoy me..... no more so than snoring. It's just a subtle repetitive noise.... but I honestly feel like murder whenever I hear it!
