What is your Jungian personality type? I suspect something like this is associated with those with the rare borderline type INTJ/INTP. I actually have tested as a borderline INTJ/INTP/ISTJ/ISTP, and I do this "masking/mirroring" thing as well. Sometimes it's semi-conscious ("I wanna be more like X,...

I don't care. I don't care, No free passes for autistic kids, ever. Why? Because it's better they learn about consequences from people who care about them than from people who don't. Strangers will not be so understanding of oral stim biting or other outwardly seemingly aggressive behaviours. What ...

In the fourth grade, my class was taking a spelling quiz. The kid sitting next to me whispered a question to me. The next thing I knew, the teacher had reached over my shoulder and crumpled up my paper. I began to cry without saying anything, and the kid sitting next to me told the teacher he'd talk...

Why did the other kids vote him out? Doesn't anybody care about that?

No. That really doesn't matter. I mean sure, IF he tortured the pet gerbil or beat up another kid he's got some problems. The solution to those problems is NOT public humiliation.

Source? What you mean source you didn't know about this? This was planned way before the 360 in fact the 360 was a prototype. Same as the Sega Dreamcast Was a Prototype for Xbox as the Xbox was a Prototype for 360. Source means provide a source or nobody is going to believe you. Also, I don't think...

Just because the worst scenario is of lower probability doesn't mean arguing with it in mind is weak. Statistics don't matter to the individual - accidents do happen. However, I'm going to need some clarification before I give an opinion. If you withhold your diagnosis from your insurance company or...

Don't take the quiz if you're using Opera 9.02, for reference. The button at the bottom doesn't work for me.

You mean if they were wearing signs that identified one as NT and one as AS? I guess I'd switch the signs. That'd be pretty funny.

"aren't really able to synthesize things in exactly the way a really good intellect can do." This part cracks me up. The definition of synthesize is so vague that it leaves 200% room for interpretation. On top of that, they don't establish why it's a bad thing that aspies synthesize things in a diff...
