Definately dogs. Dogs are friendly, happy, and love you to peices no matter what. They love to play, can understand quite a bit of human speech, can be taught tricks, and are innocent and happy-go-lucky. They want nothing more than to please their owners and try so hard to do so. Some cats are nice....

I've definately felt like the OP describes. I have similar feelings when I think about mistakes I have made in the past - a painful heart flutter (followed generally by a head tic like turning abruptly to one side as well as usually clenching or waving a fist and muttered cursing myself for being a ...

How can you possibly decide that the police were right in arresting him when it doesn't even say what he did??

I love how they don't explain what he did to deserve getting maced, handcuffed, and arrested. They don't explain how he broke the window or why. There's absolutely no details in this article. So irritating. It leaves too much open for interpretation. Why bother reporting news without the actual deta...

My guess is that she meant that Asperger's is a comparatively rare disorder so the thought that you have it is rather extraordinary.

I think part of the dichotomy you've mentioned lies in semantics Getting hung up on semantics is my specialty  Appreicate the input from everyone. I often have trouble with finding lines and interpreting shades of grey. As well as an obsession for details or specific examples, and an (apparent...

Well yes I often see patterns swirling around when completely clean. With the addition of alchohol I would definately say there is quite a bit of "reality twisting" and I see things in completely different (not entirely sane) ways. I'm not sure what you mean by "actual visuals" as its all put on by ...

Ha I hallucinate completely on my own, no chemicals or preservatives added.

The things described here seem to be what I experience with the addition of alchohol.

I do not have a problem with porn. I have watched it several times with my (second) husband and own about 4 DVD's. However, there can be a problem (in my opinion) if the man prefers his porn to intimacy with his wife. My first husband did this. He was not interested in physical relations with me but...

Then I guess the next question is where the line lies between an annoying habit and a deal-breaker. There's a lot of grey between the two. What makes up the difference between "you have faults but I love you anyway" and "this just isn't going to work out :?" ?

Thanks. I have trouble knowing what it means to "be supportive" and I need to learn to do better. My husband and I both have broken wings and neither of us is in a position to lift the other up and have trouble finding the "mutually supportive" line.
