Nope...not quite. The President of the US and the Prime Minister of Canada have actual executive power. Just a point to anyone who has referred to her as the "Queen Of England". She was Queen of the whole United Kingdom, not just England. The British Crown came about when the King of Scotland inherited the crown of England. The Queen's mother was Scottish and she died in her own personal resid...

I'm perhaps being too sceptical about Sue Gray as she may well conduct the investigation without any bias but ultimately the report of her findings has to be signed off by Boris Johnson as Prime Minister, which goes against conflict of interest considerations. He's already planning to sack some of his...

The man is a lying idiot and the British public are not being fooled. He himself made the regulations at the time with restrictions on social events and meeting people from other households. He's trying to make us believe that he didn't think a Conservative Party event on his own doorstep with food,a...

Since the subject seems to be British violence. It seems that people head butt in fights there, or at least on the tv shows.Just curious. That, my friend, is called a Glasgow kiss. You don't want to know what Glasgow smile is. Back in the 70s and 80s into the 90s there was a lot of gang violence in ...

The 'trade deal' is simply a downgrading of the one we already had,as instead of having free movement of goods we now have to declare all exports and imports to and from the EU to Customs, even if only transhipping there to go to the rest of the world. Not only that,if going by sea they have to be dec...

Win for democracy and Britain gains independence and freedom. A bunch of corrupt bankers in Belgium should not dictate terms to Britain. This is a great win for British nationalism and keeping Britain for Britain. Brexit is likely to cause chaos,at least in the short term, for exporters and importer...

What has happened to our beloved duo Ant and Dec? Does Ant have mental health problems? I think it's stress and alcohol problems, I could be wrong. I don't have much sympathy over drunk driving though. I just can't grasp the way some people are able to ignore risks even when they are being taken wi...

Handguns were banned in England,Scotland and Wales in 1996 after the Dunblane school shooting and we have stricter gun controls in general than most of Europe,so unless Lara was buying novelty cigarette lighters shaped like guns, she couldn't buy them in London.Handguns aren't banned in Northern Irel...
