There isn't really a "best drug" for this sort of thing. Ask ten different people that have taken a specific prescription drug for _____ (specifically things considered to be psychological ailments) and you will probably get ten very different answers. Over the years I was put on four or five differ... |

For me it feels more like doing a math problem than riding a bike. I can learn how to do it, but it still takes effort. Not something I can learn and then execute without any real thought. |

Rubbing the top of one foot against the bottom or the heel of the other. Sometimes against the ankle. I think it mostly depends on the position of my legs, the one foot (usually left) just rubs against whatever the top of it is against. |
