I think some people in the US who's exposure to Europe is from the major countries, would be shocked if they saw how some countries in Eastern Europe were like on this subject

Continental Europe is too big and diverse a place to give one answer for. Some parts are much more chilled about things than others. For non chilled see the Balkans, especially Serbia. Also the UK has quite a different attitude depending where you are. I am in the south and I rarely hear anyone say ...

Had lots of difficulties with food as a child and still have some as an adult. As a kid it was smells and textures that were not easy to deal with. I also have a preference for cold food over hot Had eating disorders as a teen too just to add to it. Was then diagnosed with aspergers in my 30's and t...

Had a filling taken out and replaced today. First time at the dentist in 10 years. I hated it, but the dentist was very nice. Never heard of going to a dentist to have your teeth cleaned 8O I am in the UK and our dental service is quite a mess tbh. It's hard to even find one that will accept new pat...

Can't stand the idea of doing it backdoors. Did once as a teen as my gf then kept asking over and over for me to do it. Was awkward, I didn't like it and I thought it would hurt. I don't find bums attractive in the slightest. They poop out of those things ffs! Sounds like you threw a winning ...

No. Does seem to be a bigger part or young adults lives than it did in the past though. I would expect being & looking muscular to be less important today. Due to technology advancements fewer jobs involve physical manual labor & suciety is more friendly towards geek & nerd culture thes...

The value for money is amazing if you make use of their facilities enough (and its a decent gym) my old gym, pre covid, was the best I have ever used by a long way. £45 per month and I was usually in there 6 days a week. They had a huge area for cardio and every weight machine you could imagine. Nic...

Was always very sporty as a kid/teen. Was the fastest sprinter in the school and represented my school against others in the county. Was obsessive about football and was one of the best in school, playing for local teams (one frustration to team mates and manager was that I didn't open my mouth on t...

It's obviously not for everyone, and no one should feel pressured into doing something they don't want to do. For me, around 4-5 years ago when I was in the best gym shape of my life, it felt truly amazing and I had confidence and a feel good factor like I never thought I could have. I wasn't huge l...

It's all about your body fat really, though you can obv build up the muscle a bit.

Not worth it IMO. Too all consuming.

No. Does seem to be a bigger part or young adults lives than it did in the past though. I have always been a gym user (25+ years) and love it. Got really into weight lifting around 8 years back but an injury and covid derailed it. Just signed up for a new gym 2 weeks back and am going to try and get...

When I first started in the gym 25 years ago, they were not unusual but I didn't know that many people in my world that went. Now it seems a big part of young people's lives. I think its a positive thing tbh. Youngsters these days seem less interested in drink and drugs and more interested in their ...
