I hate human beings. I hate people. And I don't give a flying f**k if that's "not an attractive attitude" -- like I f*****g care?!?!? LMFAO. Oh honey I'm fifty-fucking six, I'm WAY beyond "is this attraaaactive??" I'm sick of being misunderstood. I'm sick of being genuinely and w...

I can't help suspecting that eric76 just punked us with some episodes of "Little House on the Prairie."

Seriously, are you f**king around?

Could you clarify for me exactly what or who INSPIRED this thread?? Because I've had a REALLY lousy day, and I posted in THE HAVEN about something that I think you've twisted in order to post this. Thanks a bunch for taking something from The HAVEN and deciding to bring it out here just to bash some...

The decent stuff is things like: He's caring about animals in general; animals are a big deal to me so this is something we have in common and how our friendship started. He loves wildlife, he also takes in dumped kittens (people have even started leaving them at his house because of it) and he take...

I know. . .I'm thinking that more and more. This is dickish behaviour. What confuses me about him is that "the rest of him" -- like the rest of his behaviour, is, well I was going to use the word "decent" but that's going to sound really weird in the context of his teasing crap. ...

Fraser S -- yes! Thank you!

What most people get wind of regarding London, are the tourist attractions, the posh bits, the museums and all the nice stuff. The greater part of what they don't get wind of is the underbelly of it that the ordinary people have to deal with.

LMAO! Um --- perhaps YOU should go back and read what I said. Because I was not the one who quoted the populations of other cities. And despite what you say, your post did indeed read as if you truly believed the only "London" was "the City of London" and that you actually though...

To AlanMooresBeard -- I was born and raised in London. Years ago I actually LEFT it for a quieter city and I was glad to because I hated it even back then, and it wasn't even so intolerable as it is now. I'm 56 years old so I remember London from long ago; you're only 31. I came back in good faith a...

To thewheel --- the "City Of London" is not "London" --- it's IN London and it's only one very small borough of London. It's called "The City of London" only because it was the original centre of London and the name stuck even though the WHOLE actual "city" th...

Yep, light pollution! You can never really see meteor showers when you hear about one being visible. I'm always shocked when I see one of those distant satellite pictures of the British Isles at night, how much the London region is this really giant splash of artificial light, the city is so lit up ...

There's a big difference between the cultural attractions and benefits of a city, and the daily experience of having to live in it. The museums are great, but do they help me in the housing crisis? In my sensory overload every day when I leave my home? All that stuff is there, but my daily life isn'...

Fifasy -- I never thought about it that way, but what you say is true: it has all the main "stuff" in one city and that's one of the reasons why it's such "overload." Plus, just too many people. People people people and all the resources are not enough. Not even places to live, n...

I hate my city. Everything about it is actually like a tailor-made "autist's nightmare." The population is 10 million -- need I say more? Lol. R u in NYC or London? I'm in London. :( The only people who really think wonderful things about London are --- people who don't actually live here...

Someone I thought was a friend seemed to express a greater understanding of autism/Asperger's after watching a documentary I asked him to watch ----- and then he actually ramped up his teasing of me.

What do I do with this? I don't even know what to think. 8O :x

My friend who has teased me about my sensory issues did watch the documentary. He said it was good. I met up with him today -- and for some reason unknown to me, he was making all these "jokes" that involved false premises and sarcasm. He's never done a lot of that before. Today he was doi...

Thank you, underwater and AsPartOfMe, for understanding where I was coming from in that last post. I'll give some background to the aftermath of the documentary. Following the airing of it, the people who support fox hunting then announced/tweeted that they more or less don't have to take Chris' con...
