He might understand things about you that no other man will, but might not mention them. Also, he might miss things that other men would understand easily, but might enjoy it if you cared to explain them. If you look for hidden meanings in what he says, and find something other than complicated joke...

I like a lively debate, and I enjoy speculation as well. I want people to take their ideas for improving society and put them into action! The Commission did a lot of research, studied the approaches of different countries, and measured their success in terms of quantities of drugs consumed or sprea...

I immediately ask to be put on their internal "do not call" list, and if the same company calls back, I ask to speak to a manager.

That sounds as Jupiterian to me as the other sounds Saturnine.

I'm so voting for a 3rd party candidate this time. Hopefully not over this... This should have come as no surprise. We know the drug war doesn't work, and we also know there's no political will in this country to change our stance. I'll still vote for Obama in the general election, but I'll donate ...

If you find it interesting and amusing to try to subtly plant the seeds of the idea in his head, go for it. I'd avoid "trying to help," though, manipulators always seem to pick up on that.

Paranoia and agression would cause me to hesitate to comment on his personality, or suggest a diagnosis. I would try to think of a way to suggest it without appearing to do so, but nothing comes to mind right now. Sometimes, I've managed to fly under the radar and get people information they can use...

I realized last Monday that I stim by smoking. Also, it helps me get out of uncomfortable situations. However, knowing that, I've decided to stop, and I've already cut down by half. I have also cut down on grinding my teeth, as it makes my jaw ache. I used to tap my fingers a lot, and I think I'll g...

So states the Global Commission on Drug Policy report, according to the Wall Street Journal.

The Obama administration dismissed it immediately. They had to know this was coming, and prepared their answer in advance. I feel so disappointed.

My best guess, based on limited information:

Deal with your perfectionism, and this will become a non-issue.

I wonder if people get something out of requesting friends they don't want, or feel some obligation to make invitations they'd rather not have accepted. I also wonder if I've irritated them with my lack of social fluency, and they later wish they hadn't sought my friendship in the first place. I hav...

Mom found something to criticize in my behavior every time I told her about my day at school, so I learned to tell her as little as possible. She actually had some useful instructions, but I resented her methods and couldn't see her rationale, so I mostly did what I wanted to do and said what I want...

I had an idea this morning about why NT-ish people feel they need to change our facial expressions. I read that some researchers believe Aspies have fewer "mirror neurons" than NTs. A mirror neuron is a neuron that fires both when an animal acts and when the animal observes the same action performed...
