Our company is spending more than we should on telecoms, to think that we are exhausting too much time and resource just managing our telecoms environments. How can we avoid unnecessary costs to make remarkable savings?

In most cases, companies are using a telecom management system to address issues on telecommunication expense. However, there are different types of TMS software. If I'm not mistaken there is a specific application for each particular issue. I'm not just sure about the most applicable one for your demands. Anyway, you can just simply google it or contact your preferred provider and they will give you the list of services they offer.

Packet switched SIP system that runs across our computer network. We already have high speed fibre links to our other sites for our computer network. Have a block of direct in dial numbers and a bunch of SIP trunks for outgoing through a VoIP provider. Much cheaper and more easily managed in house than dealing with Tel$tra incompetence and their back of house brain dead monkeys in the Phillipines. Many of the calls we make are within the organisation so it functions like a big PABX and no messing about with tie lines between sites.
