Plone vs Joomla vs Typo3

I'd like to learn CMS but I don't know which one.

Some peoples told me that Joomla is a good one, some big companies use Plone (Zope/Python) and Typo3.

I know a bit of PHP+MySQL and I'm ready to learn Python too.
