Problems with the display on monitor

Recently it seemed to me as if the text and dialog boxes in my computer were smaller than usual.

Maybe there is something wrong with me, with my perception, maybe I shouldgo to a psychiatrist, or ophthalmologist, and maybe I ought to just reboot my computer

But seriously if anyone had ever had a problem with computer, I use Windows 8.1

I have noticed for example that Twitter has variations on font size and style these past few days.
I live alone and do not change the settings so Twitter themselves have been altering the settings. It is confusing to the eye.
Perhaps you are experiencing something similar.
