Arkanoid clones on my phone....oh and a few FPS titles; Postal 2, BF2, BF2142. I quickly forget what I was pissed off about when playing first-person shooters.

I play Zoo Tycoon 2 and let animals chase people
, tear down bridges with people on them , build a jeep ride and when the people think they are going on a nice relaxing ride, I destroy the ride and leave them to fend for themselves in an exhibit full of lions , I build sky tram and make a the people have a loooong drop into a exhibit ful of tigers , I pen up people and have a "human exhibit"

Blood, the FPS. that game kicked ass.

I do Guild Wars. Log on to my axe warrior, go beat the hell out of some monster and I'm good. Or log onto my ranger and poison things and then set them on fire. Or my necro... kill them, then raise minions from their corpse. Very satisfying.
I've found that I can't, however, race or fly when I'm angry. Both require a clear mind-state and inattention or preoccupation quickly result in a crash, which just makes me irritable and starts the angrycycle all over again.

I start a war with some less-developed nation in Civ 4.

I need that game. I hate the fact that in Zoo Tycoon the animals can kill other animals but not people and will only chase men and not women and children.

You can kill even MORE peeps in total war!! !! !

Rome total war.

Arm yourself with ICBMs in Civ 4 for even more chaos and destruction.
