Every female Disney character since Disney stopped doing traditional animation. :p I'm reasonably positive that Rapunzel, Honey Lemon, and Ánna all use the exact same model, just retextured.

Balthazar Bratt looks like Waluigi but Waluigi's not exactly a "cartoon character"...

That's funny. I always thought Stan Smith looked like Joe Swanson, not Quagmire.

Here's one: Tommy Pickles from Rugrats All Grown Up and Deeno, a minor character in Cyberchase
Deeno appeared in the Season 10 episode, "Parks and Recreation."

And how about Theo from Maya and Miguel and Baljeet from Phineas and Ferb?


One more: An aardvark who looks remarkably like Arthur, except he's white and wears red-framed glasses!
He appeared cameo in the episode "The Perfect Game."

Kinda obscure but Mirabel kinda looks like a young dorky chonky CGI Esmarelda with glasses
