Finished "The Thing". It was an awesome movie. Had to look away during some of the gory scenes. The story was pretty well-written. The lack of music made the film even scarier for me. The makeup FX were well-done. The primitive CGI (the chess game and the cell simulation) was the only blotch in the quality of the VFX. The bonus features have deleted stop-motion stuff, even though it's only a few seconds long.

Hellraiser: Punishment.

There have been worse additions to the franchise. I noticed they tried to give the movie a look you'd expect from Se7en. Don't blink, or you'll miss Heather Langenkamp. Doug Bradley is missed as the Hell Priest (Pinhead).

Mom wants me to watch the Dark Tower with her because she can't wait to watch it. She says I can do it as long as I don't screw it up (example: putting on Indonesian subtitles just for farts and giggles)
