X Files is too talky. It's more like a soap opera than a sci fi. Farscape is just weird and seems to have no plot. But maybe that's just me I can't figure out what's going on. One minnute they're doing one thing and the next another.

Firefly was the BEST! Man, I wish that hadn't been canned so quick.

Not on the poll, but for the first few season, Sliders was also a really great sci-fi show.

X-Files for me also. Have all 9 seasons on DVD but have to agree that by the time they were at season 5-6ish it was not AS good, yet still reasonably good.
"Bad Blood" the one w/ the kid vampire ALWAYS makes me laugh. And Cher actually admitted she regrets not doing the episode that they used a double for. I think it was "Prometheus" Also like the "Cops" episode. Remember when it came on t.v. I was P.O.'d like you would't believe cause I thought they had put on that drivel instead of my beloved X-files. Glad I did't turn it off :D

That's why it was so great! One episode their spaceship is having a baby and another Rigel is using his wang as a flamethrower. Sci-fi channel needs to play another 88 hour marathon.

Happy?

Though I only remembered to check this thread twenty something days later, I am very happy.

I've never even seen some of these shows.

I voted for Red Dwarf, 'cause it's hilarious!!
I've thought about getting a vanity plate for my car that says "STARBUG" but I haven't because 1. I'm too cheap.
2. I have a boring car that wouldn't do it justice.

Star Trek Voyager would be my second choice.
