Hi
I am new to this forum and glad to be here. I was just diagnosed with Asperger after having my 4 year old son given a working diagnosis of Asperger and my almost 13 year old given a diagnosis of AS, NVLD and Sensory Integration deficits. My 23 month old daughter has significant dev. delays and i am sure she is also on the spectrum.

I am so glad to find this site as I have always said I felt like an alien that I didn't really belong here and nobody ever understood that! I think people here will. Finally I have a name for what explains me...

I have 5 kids...three on the spectrum with the oldest and youngest seemingly differently wired or NT as some would call it. It has been an overwhelming process but so has my whole life.

Thanks for having me! Gotta go...kids to take care of...will write more later...

God Bless, Cathy

Welcome, hope you like it here.

I'd like to make one small comment:

You said, "differently wired or NT as some would call it."

I think you've gotten the definition of NT confused. NT stands for neurologically typical, not non-typical or not typical.
