Any Ugandans with children with Autism in U.K,Uganda - world

Hi,
Iam a mother of four boys one with Autism aged five. Iam just wondering if there are any families with a child/children with autism in Uganda and U.K but elsewhere too. Iam trying to find out your experiences of life and especially in Uganda where there are hardly any provisions. How do you manage?. I think we can learn from each other and maybe work together to create awareness in the country leading to service provisions with alot of perserverance.
