Removing threads from "View Your Posts" page

I use the "view your posts" page a lot to check for anything new in threads I've contributed to- it's the easiest way, I've found. However, the first four entries are always from four huge long-running conversations I've long lost interest in.

Is there any way of hiding them? No big deal if not, it's just I can see "view your posts" getting less and less functional over time, and I've started to avoid certain kinds of thread as a result.
