What do you want me to do with it?
Just take out what I said about the shotgun thing because I think Alex might be upset for me to bring up that subject again.

When in doubt, ask an autistic. Chances are, they're obsessed with what you need to know.

For the way the admins act about illegal drugs, i doubt they will see illegality in discussion of ROMs and pirated software.

Talking about ROMs is fine. I am not sure of Alex's views on linking to such sites. I would guess that links are okay so long as the site does not also provide adult content (i.e. porn).

Personally, I would prefer it that links to ROM sites are not made here.

I don't have a problem with people talking about that kind of stuff or linking to it unless it has adult content or viruses.

Good point about viruses, Alex. I'd forgotten my own misadventures in emulation.
I don't know whether you're kidding or not, but in case you're not...

1. You have your e-mail publicly listed. That's all but asking for someone to try and abuse that information.
2. What good does complaining about that here do? How about trying to respond to the e-mail there stating that you did not request an account?
3. You've posted personal information of someone else, without their permission. That's somewhat irresponsible.

they spammed me... they emailed me without me asking for it... so public release to warn others is perfectly acceptable.. Mr.Mark did it in the SPAM!SPAM!SPAM!SPAM! thread.
and this is just a clue for mods and owners to IP ban them from ALL site resources... including profiles!

How do you know it was spam, and not someone abusing information you made publicly available? You don't. Would you complain here if you were signed up to any other e-mail based periodical / service without your knowledge? For some reason, I doubt it.
If you received more than one e-mail from there, then you could have helped by sending an e-mail back and saying that someone had been using your e-mail. That site has been attacked nearly daily for quite some time by someone registering accounts, it would be helpful to know if they had registered accounts using e-mails of multiple users here that have them publicly listed. For both sites.
People get signed up to services as pranks by others quite frequently. Whose fault is it that those e-mails were sent? The service providers? Or the person that thought it would be funny to sign someone else up to said services?
