Well, I have routines on math, one on "people that are full of s**t", dating, sex, religion, school, government, clubbing and large gatherings, plants, animals, environmentalism, frozen food, crossword puzzles, and plenty more.

Here is one:
1. Wake up
2. Force blood pressure and pulse to increase
3. Allow some serotonin release in the head
4. Briefly stretch and contract peripheral muscles
5. Drink water
6. Eat oatmeal
7. Drink milk
8. Dental hygiene
9. Reduce digestive activity and resource allotment
10. Reduce peripheral blood supply slightly to focus on brain
11. Attempt to delegate control over, "involuntary," tasks (and mostly fail)

It depends. They change from time to time and I'll stick with one for a while then get tired of it. But when I have it, I feel really uncomfortable when I can't do it.
