Anyone work for the Geek Squad?

I applied for Geek Squad once.

Do not go to the interview expecting to be fixing computers They're going to ask you what you think they do...and mostly they do regular old customer service. They help people find the right RAM for their computer, video cards, things like that. Help explain to them what they need and why they need it.

I know you said you're okay with that, I'm just letting you know so you don't bomb the interview as badly as I did

Trying to remember some of the other questions they asked me...

There was one asking me about the last time I had to explain what RAM is/does to someone. One about what I think the thing people need help with most is. Uh...don't remember what else. I think most of it was the general "why do you want to work here?" that everyone asks.
