Well, as far as console controllers go, I threw a wireless XBOX 360 controller at the console, which made it shake a bit, which in turn scratched the game disk (GTA IV) beyond repair. As for keyboards and mice, I change them every two or three months because the lack of buttons becomes untolerable :D

I used to, when there was enough rage pent up from failing in games time and time again. Hard games should come with a warning attached that tell sensitive people to be wary of an unneccessarily tough difficulty level.

These days I just shout and become infuriated, but never violent.

Yes ^_^;; If I'm having a lot of difficulty with something it is not uncommon for me to throw it out of anger.

I used to throw my computer mouse as it is light, and there was carpet everywhere, i have thrown an xbox controller, punched a ps2 one (that hurt:S) and more recently, I just built my new computer, with a G9x mouse (£60) the wireless broke down, and after 3 hours of trying to fix it it still would not work I whacked the mouse down on the desk... thankfully it is still working:)

I usually punch myself in the kneecap rather than take it out on the machine or controller. Anger is very expensive when you use fragile electronics rather than the human body which knows how to repair itself.

I used to, but now I never seem to. They only become broken now because I accidentally drop them too much.

I get very touchy with my computers and game consoles. I hardly ever let other people play on them and when I do I constantly watch the person and become overwhelmed with anxiety.

I have a sizeable collection of old consoles/computers and have duplicates of the ones I am most passionate about. I have 10 VIC 20s, 4 Sega Game Gears, 3 Amiga 600s, 2 Sega Mega Drives and 2 Atari STs in case the unthinkable happens.

When I become frustrated with a game, I usually shout either "f**k", "c**t", "bastard" or "bollocks". I would never throw a gamepad against the wall because I am always worried about wear and tear.

No, but I once kicked a glass cabinet door out of anger and it shattered and cut my foot. I actually got off pretty lightly injury term. The main shard hit the top of the bone in my foot and cut some of the skin. That was actually about it. A good lesson in not becoming angry over games. I was pretty young, though.

no... I do however bear down on the control pad keys nad grip the controller extremely tightly when I start "melting down" becuase I'm losing a game. I have busted the scroller on a wired scrolling mouse but that was b/c of navigational issues rather than my losing at a game.

I just curse and fill the air with every profanity in the English language. Also, I've found that I only do this when I game on the console and not on my PC, I mean I the most offensive word I’ve heard out of my mouth whilst on the PC was, “Oh bugger.”

I know how you feel, especially children. Even worse when I have to watch them play a game! Argh!

I used to do that when I was younger and I would get so angry and frustrated everytime I would lose at any game and I would occassionally cry and smash the controllers.... But I didn't realize that one day, the controllers for the ps2 would actually break and that had happened 3 times.

I've dropped my nintendo ds and actually got to the stage that the screen suddenly was playing up and couldn't close properly and on top of that i've recently have seemed to have lost it....
