the one nice thing about my modded x-box is when I'm playing the game on my emu if I make a mistake or miss something my left joystick acts like a rewind button for the level/stage so save on meltdowns

I used to, but I've been able to stop myself before getting violent for a few years now.

I just throw the damn thing on my bed as then I won't have to worry about it. There's an annoying race on one of my games and I just switch it off and throw it on the bed and turn to my PC. No point thinking about it. Very annoying when a button/key doesn't react fast enough for you. ie change gear and it doesn't respond...

I wish I could do that with mine , I wonder if you could get a modded version and can act like that on my psp? There is this game that literally frustrates me and I can't seem to complete it and I also throw my psp on the bed, yet nothing is damaged but it would seem like I have tourettes because I say random words everytime I fail

A modded psp that could rewind could save me from all those things.

yep quite often actually, it's usually when i get to a boss i can't beat, i've thrown my ps2 controller broke that, my ps3 controller and maybe a few gamecube controllers.

i don't ever throw handhelds for any reason.

i also tend to grip my ps2 controllers so much that the screws loosen, and the controller crackles when i hold it.

I've bitten my controllers before.

I used to throw them, but the fact that I had to keep shelling out money to replace them was a good enough deterrent in the long run.

I don't even think about throwing my controllers, that controller was the only controller I use.

I used to, when I was young. I don't anymore, even though I feel very strongly tempted to do so at times.

I got Scribblenauts, so fun!
I have a really good grip, I sometimes make the motion to fling my controller/ds across the room but my hand stays firmly put. It doesn't happen very often though, I try not to get overly stressed when playing video games anymore :P

once I am frustrated..yes
Once it gets later (anywhere between 8pm and 11pm) I basically can feel myself slipping.
I have to stop playing or I know when I am playing FFXI I will throw the controller, slam things and freak out over almost anything.
This is not an issue if I am playing something on the PS3 but since FFXI is an MMO this can be an issue.
I try to avoid parties that are too late but sometimes it is too tempting. I have had to let my shell mates know i have to go in the middle of something (or my hubby tells them)
I hope they understand.

Yes, but only my GameCube controller since the rumble and C stick suck. That actually makes them function correctly
