The aim of terrorists is to cause terror. Whether that bomb in Times Square worked or that jerk with a pantsfull of explosives blew up or not is of little consequence. More terror if it did but more people are more scared today than before. Mission accomplished.


I honestly don't think about terrorism at all, I've never even been mugged. I'm more scared of what my government might do (as they never want to let a good crisis go to waste), or how the media will just continue to talk about it over and over and over. Anyone remember watching the WTC Towers fall over and over and over and over. My father is an elevator mechanic in NYC. I saw the Towers fall 6 times before I knew he was OK, thanks CNN.
