Besides, why do you care if someone objects to the idea of gay marriage? To use the old gay rights trope, it's not like it affects anyone but the believer themselves. It's as if you believe that anyone who believes differantly then you is committing a thought crime, even though it's just an opinion.

Unless you are gay yourself, saying "I have a friend who is gay" just means that you are seeing it from an outsider's view with an outsider's opinion, and you don't see what actually goes on in the gay culture. Have you ever read stories about those who decided to come out of it, and what they've experienced? Or do you only read stuff that supports your own opinion?

To those that like to call me 'Those people,' I am NOT one of 'Those people.' I am bisexual, and I know more what it's like to be gay then you straight people who like to thump your chest and say your a friend of gays.

You only like us because it's a social fad that's trendy today, because we've been given special 'wooby' status. 30 years ago you people would have gladly called us names and beaten us up.

And your so afraid to 'offend us' that you never mention that 51% of all new AIDs infections are aquired by gay and bisexual men, even though gays number about 2 percent of the population. If you want statistics for THAT CrazyCatLord, then I'll tell you where to find them: Look up www.cdc.gov under HIV incidence.

To be honest, I am not interested in the affairs of practising gays. I really don't care if they have sex with others of their own gender. I just want to be able to freely express a differant opinion then the crowd, without people acting like they are the thought police. That bothers me much worse then anything the practising gays could do. It's like the herd mentality rules.

As a matter of fact, my wife is bisexual, and whose first sexual experiences had been with another woman. So I think it's fair to say, it's hardly just a matter of being "a social fad that's trendy today" with me. No, it's love.

Lucky you... ;)

My wife has a lovely friend that I got to know quite well back in my more hedonistic college days. I keep trying to talk them both into doing a sort of "sister-wives" thing, but so far I've been unable to convince them into going for it. *sigh*

The most my wife is going to do these days is masturbate while I watch, after looking at all girl porn. What can I say - my wife takes her marriage vow very seriously.

I think what AngelRho was getting at was having two or more women having sex with not only the man, but with each other. Perhaps the term "sister-wives" should be substituted with something else.

It's a reference to FLDS polygamist practice. I'd have two wives--the one I'm currently LEGALLY married to and my "spiritual" wife.

I'm half-joking, btw. I don't think it would actually work in reality.

What if some dusky maiden decided to claim you but you had to be brother-husband to three other dudes

That's quite interesting, the whole possibility of "having sex with each other" part...

EDIT:

QFH. Unbelievable. Where do you see homosexual sex in public?

AngelRho still has to answer the questions back on Page 10, by the way.

Code Name: "Bustin' People's Stones"

Objective: Get everybody upset and irritated on some controversial topic.

Conclusion: Wildly successful!

You folks are easier to rile up then the patriarchialist fundies I'm used to dealing with.
I needed a way to let off steam, because the hormones I'm on periodically create PMS and mood swings, and by stirring people up, it allows me to get rid of my frustration.
I'd do this online then in real life, as it's less harmful to interpersonal relationships then it would be if I was face to face.

I do have strong opinions on certain things, but I don't normally tend to post them on here. I hate politics with a passion, so this is a sub-forum that I like to stay out of. (Except when I have to take hormones, then I become prone to this sort of thing.)

So no hard feelings guys, peace? :hic:

im....... sorry what??

all i can say is

Quote:
troll

One who purposely and deliberately (that purpose usually being self-amusement) starts an argument in a manner which attacks others on a forum without in any way listening to the arguments proposed by his or her peers. He will spark of such an argument via the use of ad hominem attacks (i.e. 'you're nothing but a fanboy' is a popular phrase) with no substance or relevence to back them up as well as straw man arguments, which he uses to simply avoid addressing the essence of the issue.

Metalwolf - not funny, not clever and more importantly, trolling breaks the rules here because it amounts to a personal attack.
Rather than playing your own private games with the intention of deliberately upsetting and irritating other members, I'd strongly advise that you instead adopt a more friendly approach when joining discussions on threads.
