Here's an analysis by Factcheck.org

I finally got tired of hearing this annoying ad while waiting for the weather to come on, which has gotten to be my only real motivation for even keeping an antenna. I'm not in a mood for really going in-depth to analyze this myself, but it didn't take much looking to find out what I already knew: namely, that it is a huge load of bull crap.

It's really funny how Republicans will accuse the president of being a socialist out to destroy capitalism from one side of their mouth, while claiming he's staffed the White House with Wall Street executives out of the other. Do any of them even see the contradiction here?

And here is the hell of it. I know that the problem isn't someone like Romney. I know that Romney is only mortal and subject to human foibles, but something I also know about him is that he is a human being. He is sane. He works hard at his job, and he tries to do well. He is, unto himself, not the worst person who might run for office. Without the remainder of the GOP attached to him, I think that a match between him and Obama would be a fair fight between established gentlemen.

The problem, as it has been for me since the start of the 2000s, is the REST of the GOP. This nonsense advertisement wasn't ordered by Romney himself. Romney didn't sign for this ad to be aired. This nonsense represents only one thing. It represents everything that is wrong with the GOP in general. It represents how the supporters of this party are not hindered by truthfulness and not averse to mendacity. It is filth.

When the supporters of the GOP develop a sudden respect for truth...when I see an indication among GOP supporters of the basic infrastructure of integrity...I will take them seriously again as a party. With nonsense like these ads in circulation, NO.

The Republican rank-and-file more and more loves verbal fecal matter like this - they eat it up (if you can stomach that image!).
