Per TJ, uninformed arguments deserve derision and mockery
"Ridicule is the only weapon which can be used against unintelligible propositions." --Thomas Jefferson
The only blog I have followed the past four or five years is that of The Sensuous Curmudgeon.
He uses wit and humor to ridicule letters to the editor from newspapers around the country and around the world written by creationists who deny the reality of evolution. Surprisingly he is conservative in his political and economic views, since many if not most anti-evolution people are religious nut jobs and the right wing of American conservatism has been hijacked by religious nut jobs since the 1980s. So when he occasionally rants about politics or the economy, many of his readers disagree with him. We love him though because he stands for truth, justice and the American way.
While his blog posts are very well-written and quite entertaining, the comments from his many regular readers are just as good and entertaining. There is much interaction between "Curmy" and those who follow his blog. He allows critical comments from creationists too, up to a point, with the lines clearly drawn and warnings given before they even post that this is NOT a site for debating whether or not evolution happens but rather a site to RIDICULE AND MOCK those idiots who are so misinformed and or stupid or insane as to think it doesn't.
My time is valuable but I enjoy good writing, witty humor, learning which states have the most retarded politicians in office and what stupid insane laws are being proposed by such creatards. So like I said, The Sensuous Curmudgeon is the ONLY blog I read regularly and it is highly recommended by The Bicycling Guitarist. Besides his blog and Netflix for entertainment, the only sites I visit regularly are news sites, Wikipedia, WrongPlanet, my own web site, my Facebook pages (my guitar and bicycle each have their own page now too), and occasionally my YouTube channel (I badly need to get some new material to post there; the most recent videos are from January 2013). If anyone reading this does visit The Sensuous Curmudgeon blog and likes it, and if you ever post a comment there, please mention The Bicycling Guitarist referred you!
