I suppose that it would make for a rather off-beat pick-up line.

It makes perfect sense. Since all the women who are deemed as attractive today, would be too malnourished to have a period. Let alone any reproductive ability.

I don't know... I've known petite little women who've churned out whole litters of kids. Other women who knew her said, "It's amazing -- she doesn't look very fertile." Hips-wise.

well, if they were the least fertile, wouldn't they be very practiced at making the sexiest walk because their less sexy walking sisters were more fertile and were waddling around being pregnant two thirds of the time!

Oh wow. and I just thought girls who walked like that were skanks. especially since they usually dress like it.

I think I've cracked it:

Sexy walks occur while not ovulating so that shallow guys won't reproduce! Mystery solved.

oh, yeah, like most guys are going to get any of that! shallow or not!

My ex-wife walks with her hands out like that, but even moreso. Very feminine, very nice.

Uh oh, now we'll have to do a study on whether women with their hands out like that are ovulating...

Are you saying that the ladies will be more inclined to copulate with deep guys while ovulating, and shallow guys while not?

No, it's about the guys' inclinations. The shallow guys will seek to rendevous with girls with sexy walks, thus being less likely to get them pregnant.
Meanwhile, the deeper guys, who are attracted to women independent of their particular walks, have an equal probability of dating both sexy-walking women and non-sexy-walking women. Thus, the deeper guys will procreate more, because they'll be spending more time with avoiding women than shallow guys, who will be all after the non-ovulators.

Sounds like a scarry movie:
Intimidating male announcer voice: "The Ovulator"

Oh, okay. So the deep guys will copulate with a wider variety of women (both ovulating and not), whereas the shallow guys will only copulate with women who are not ovulating, thus ensuring survival of the deepest.
