-1: annoyed, unsettled...

I figured out that no one has or ever will love me unconditionally. The very few who said otherwise lied. This should explain everything in my life and give me solace, but I'm still hurting. I guess pieces of the puzzle are still missing, but I don't see where from.

My driving instructor told me that I would be ready for my test if not for my slow hazard perception and overthinking of certain situations. I have to be quicker. I must drive flawlessly next week. I WANT A CAR! Besides it being fun to drive, it's my only way out of this crappy job and this crappy life.

I can see the light at the end of the tunnel... I hope it won't come too late.

-6, slowly improving, for now.
Had a bad time of it last week, just when I think I have it all together, ha. Ended up in the A&E, feeling guilty because I seriously freaked out my entire family. Actually haven't had such a bad episode since my teenage years. I'm ok now, though. Just very low mood, arm in a bandage, extremely sensitive and getting aggravated by little things. I've done this dance so many times before, but nothing changes. Having to be evaluated by a damn crisis team again (useless), plus my psychologist is now orchestrating a home visit. I have to ask myself, is this thing in my head ever going to improve?

I am sorry to hear you're having such a bad time! At some point you will find the right strategies to tackle this mess and then you will see how much easier everything is going to get.
