Unnecessarily constant awareness of time

No matter what I'm doing (almost), here's a rough map of my thoughts:

endlesspastborn1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 <--gone forever(25makethemostofthis)26 27 28 29 30 35 40 50 60 80 [100/dead]endlessfuture

Only when I'm really happy can I forget how precious time is. Time slows down/stops when I'm having fun and the rest of the time it's moving scarily fast.

Just a comment. I wonder if this is normal.

I actually have the opposite. I find myself looking up about once a year thinking, "oh. well that was quick".

I have a very abnormal sense of time. Time does not pass for me as it seems to with others, yet time seems to be speeding along at a very scary pace. I don't get it.

im often doing the same. i cant stand being without a wristwatch for multipl reasons one being losing track of time.
