Hey there folks, most of you people like me have AS, Aspite (a.k.a. Aspergers or also know as the brain of Albert Einsteine, no fooling, check out wikipedia.org)

Anyway, let me get to the point.

Do you get totaly pissed when you got to get out of your happy place in order to do "have to do CRAP!" (a.k.a. Stuff you hate, but have to do?)

Do you feel that you need time to yourself but find out that you have to rush when it comes to the Crap?

Well, I've came up with a solution.

Make a schedule for yourself with a pocket calender....

Example

After School
---------------------------
Come Home

2:45 take a 15 min. snack break
3:00 then do your chores
then take a 30 min break
(whatever the time is) then do your homework, etc.

It's not only orginizing your schedule and your appointments, but to also have breaks in between to give relaxing confert to your day.

It's starting to help for me, I just got to really stick to it.

What do you guys think?

I have made a time table that i stick too. I bring that little piece of paper nearly everywhere i go...
I still find having to go outside a big effort!!. All the noise and busy streets of Dublin is soo overwhelming!!

I think you have a good point, i find my schedule very useful. :D

I'm very, very bad when it comes to making and following my own schedule. I'm at school now, so the problem is relatively moot, but I'm not sure how I'll do when I'm on my own.

I also get overhwlemed by my responsibilities. However, I compensate by treating myself well during downtime.

I usualy give myself short breaks inbetween so it doesn't get to be too much for me.

I do that, too, but I prefer to get the unpleasant stuff over with.

By the way, you have a very polite signature.

Oh, you really think so, thank you very much. Lots of friends tell me that they conciter me to be the most possitive person with a very possitive that they know and I think just the oppisite. I think that they have more of a possitive aditute towards life then I do.
I try my hardest to. It can be tough at times.

Yes, my optimism glass is half-empty, too.
