I'm trying to avoid medication, every one I've been put on sent me quite loopy.

I'm kinda hoping to achieve behavioural therapy and anger management out of my diagnosis... I'd much prefer learning things as opposed to taking things..

I truly hope the psych doesn't just prescribe me a certain medication, after spending 3 months waiting for the best one in the state (apparently).
