5. I'm listening to The Kinks at this moment, and I'm slowly snacking on some dry Cheerios. As you see, I have The Mother of All Flu's, thats so bad, that I have to wear Pull-ups. Didn't quite make it to the toilet, first thing, this morning. However, I've managed to be able to finish the job, in there. I feel very dirty, due to the fact that I'm a London-crazy Routemaster Lover who appreciates all things British, and I'm having a moment, or two that I'm not fast enough to make it. That's how bad my flu is.  :? :)

5/10

Feeling excited and nervous at moving house (happened yesterday). Also, AntiHeather has been down lately so that automatically knocks off at least 4 points.

Someone whom I have discovered has a similar musical taste to me burned me a mix CD. There are a few weights bringing the rating down from yesterday, but getting this mix CD brought it up to what it is now.

I'm glad to see you're feeling better, CockneyRebel! :)

I think I'm at about 4.5 right now, though.. I'm tired, hungry, and have 2 paintings to finish before saturday. Also I have a big pot-luck thing at work tomorrow... Should be ok, but there's a lot of people I don't know who like to chit-chat, which means I have to put on my mask again... :x

9 my constant exercise, starving, low sodium, fish oil, garlic , niacin, walnuts is paying off for the first time in years I got dizzy setting up fast twice in a few hours which suggest my blood pressure is now infact very low. Last time I checked it in the store
it was 120/80 . But that was after my 2 week cold I've been training alot since then
biking walking/running my dogs, their barking right now. Oh big dogs are the perfect
training partners for an aspies. They allways want to go and go fast. My dad who is in
terrible health stopped going to an expensive hosptial exercise center me and my sister paid for him and his girl friend. Her lazy butt did not motivate him and now she has balloned in weight to. He takes a hand full of pills for seveal major health problems
(and insulin).
