-2. The last few days have seen a funny spike in anxiety, but as I'm not feeling one of my depressive slumps along with it, it strikes me as unusual, though I suspect I know the cause. That particular species of skin-crawling paranoia and a sense of dread is not very nice. Depression may liken in my mind as a hammer, but anxiety is itself a razor sharp scalpel.

6. I feel like the antidepressants are starting to properly work. I've felt like exercising and doing stuff lately, which never happens.

i can hope that these changes are not irreversible...and bridges have been left intact in case they can one day be used again. whenever the day comes. if one must live in true homelessness, then hopefully you live in a relatively wealthy city, with moderate weather...

-5. I feel serious anxiety. I am a elementary school teacher being told I do my job badly. They know I am autistic, but don't seem to care how they treat me. What's the point being part of a group who continually reject you? I have no place.
