-10 scared can't sleep and don't know what to do except post here. Don't know what to do about this, I wish I could just ignore these feelings, read and fall asleep but they keep popping up without trying.

At the moment, 7... can see ten in the future, but have moments of 2 as I try to prepare for the challenges to get there.
