As far as the picture goes it is an option so it is not required but we are allowed to do it. If I did one of the police officers told me to be discrete about taking pictures. So I was thinking of pretending to send a text message when I take their pictures with the flash and sound turned off while also taking the picture while they are not looking.

This should really be a last resort if they're persistently harrassing you or trying to engage you physically. Try exercising all other options before bringing in the authorities, this could resolve itself.

Now that I think about it there is a longer route that I could take where I ride the train to a different station and then catch two busses. The second one is the bus that I would catch is the same one that I pick up at the first station but it would be on the other end of the route. That way I will not run into those mean kids. They would get off long before I got on.

Another option- Catch a bus that comes a few minutes later.

I think catching the bus a few minutes earlier or later is the better option than taking a longer route.

Or just don't hang out in the same car as them. Ignore them.

Don't let anybody screw up your schedule.

I am actually okay with it. For one thing the other bus is always too crowded and then we get stuck in more traffic. Whereas the other bus and train have places that I can stop by after work. Then I met a nice girl yesterday who seemed to be cool with me. So I am not worried. Either way I get home.

I only see them once in a while so it's not bad. When I do it is like a bull in a China shop.

If I hear them trying to continue then I will take a picture of them with the police mobility app. Then I can send it in with a few comments. Plus my phone has a gps in it.

I wouldn't do this! Taking people's pictures in public without their permission is a big no-no. You might be the one who ends up getting scolded by the authorities.

This sounds like good advice, it may be just best to let it go. Why cause more trouble if it isn't warranted.

Again I contacted the bus company about these two kids and they said to use the app and discretely take their picture, categorize the incident as "Nuisance behavior." Then mention the route, the bus number, date, and time. I had also spoken with one of the drivers about them and he said that I should tell them that I have a "Disability" and that will take care of the problems faster.

I am not riding on that route at a certain time because
a. I don't want hear their crap and it is not that I am afraid of them. If they want to make others miserable I don't want to be there when things start turning ugly for others.
b. That bus is much more crowded noisy as well.
c. There are several places that I can stop off at if I want to catch a movie or get a bite to eat after work.
d. I want to get to know this new girl who also agreed that these kids have nothing better to do.

Hope that it all works out for the best for you and that you make a new friend! :)
