I felt exactly the same way but in my job its a matter of self preservation to set and maintain good boundaries. I would also say that its important even outside of work to do the same thing. Unfortunately human society is more opportunistic than it is co-operative. I denied it for a long time but this is just human nature unfortunately. Very few people have a developed sense of altruism and many people think its okay to take advantage of others. Being highly principled and honest in life has really backfired on me.

What you do in your life is of course up to you. I learned the hard way though.
