feels to me that neurotypicals got way to more advantage over autism people.

Autistic people cannot give up. Just like black people didn't give up in the 1960s. Yes, they had disadvantages--yet, they were tired of being disadvantaged. They did something about it.

"Doing something" does not involve being nasty to people because they are not autistic. "Doing something" involves trying to make yourself and others happy through positive gains you make via study, and via helping yourself grow by making sure your house and your self is clean. Also: trying to be as independent as possible and trying to depend less on other people.
