Same as the other day only with some mustard as well:

Half a sandwich: turkey slice, cheese slice, avocado slices, chipotle mayo, on white toast. And a few potato chips.

A snack of cheese stick crackers and salty and sweet dark chocolate with almonds. The cheese stick crackers are so good and I put them away to stop from eating more.

babybird, What is a rivita?
I had a bowlful of fruit salad consisting of strawberries, pitted & halved cherries, a little sliced banana, red grapes with a sprinkle of lemon. And a coffee with light cream.

^^A rivita is a rye based crisp bread. You can eat it on its own, with spread or a choice of toppings. I just had low fat spread on mine.
