I'll only eat Peanut Butter Captain Crunch, or Honey Bunches of Oats, but even those rarely. I can't stand the rest.

I used to like Cheerios but I see it is not just oats but includes corn meal and sugar. I think it used to be just oats.

I like Life cereal. I call it Peahawk cereal after the Sweet Pea sometimes.

Cereal is actually something I am not picky about; most things I am quite so. I am tempted to list every type I like. :P

Don't like cereal.
I'll eat plain oatmeal on occasion.

I like lots of different kinds. I should find a milk substitute that I like, and start eating it again.

I like shredded wheat, puffed grains, and muesli. I rarely eat more processed cereal or granola. Peanut butter Captain Crunch is pretty good though, and I found an inexpensive all natural version once.

Now I want cereal, darn it.

What I really enjoy and what I should be eating are not the same thing
In early 1980s lactose intolerance forced me to quit milk. since then it it either water or juice for cereal.
Yes, I've tried almond, rice, soy, milk and such. There are reasons they were passed up. Chilled water works okay on things like Rice Chex and Rice Krispies. Well chilled water often seems to make Rice Krispies "snap crackle pop" more intensely than milk ever did.
Cereals I enjoy are Froot Loops, Life, and it's been so long now that I don't remember which others.

Plain cornflakes with milk and honey (it was the only food I ate for over 2 months just a couple of months ago)
In winter I like to have a bowl of hot oatmeal cooked with milk and honey.

I'm a huge fan of cereal and have only met a couple of kinds that I didn't like. Frosted Mini-Wheats, Life, and Reese's Puffs are my favorites though :D
