I watched a really good horror film today: Simon Says. It stars Crispin Glover as a pair (yes, he plays two roles) of homicidal twin brothers who live in the wilderness and kill people with elaborate booby traps, their weapon of choice being pickaxes.

This is actually something that happened yesterday, but I forgot to mention it in my last post:

I went to a garage sale and found a pillow that's almost exactly like my favorite pillow from a couple of years ago, which I had to throw away because it got ruined. I slept with my new pillow last night, and I woke up feeling happy this morning. :D

I stopped off for a cup of coffee in an arty type cafe today, and got talking to the musician after his recital. After browsing through music with him etc, I've been invited to accompany a flautist next Wednesday on guitar. Okay, I'm also scared... but really pleased.

The spectacular breeze through the trees, and sparkling sunshine, makes me happy today.

My son got off the van today without complaining about how another student tormented him.
These days are RARE. He's a 6th grader now.

To get this thread back on-topic, Glee was on tonight, and that always makes me happy. :) I love that show!

I went for a work-out before supper. Now I'm tired and ready, for bed.
