Likewise! I like how smooth the paper is, too. I hate it when I crinkle it (which I inevitably do). >_< Also, I like ribbons when they're the soft kind. Don't know how to use them, but that doesn't stop me from trying. I imagine my presents often look like someone handed a rectangular box, some paper, ribbons, tape, and scissors to a developmentally-challenged gorilla who somehow turned it all into a lumpy trapezoid. With wings.

I actually enjoy it. I like to do everything neatly and get all the packages nicely arranged.

I like wrapping presents. Unfortunately, I'm not that good at it. They tend to look a little sloppy, and I use too much tape.

I never wrap pressies(as Austrian singer Kevin Bloody Wilson would produce it). I have bad fine motor-skills. I usually had my mom do it for me unless it was something for her then I had my dad wrap it. My family doesn't really exchange gifts nowadays so it's not really an issue for me.

I'm pretty decent at wrapping presents. At least I hope so anyway, as I wrap 60 - 70 presents before every Christmas (for the 30+ people I give presents to). I don't have a lot of time to make them too fancy with ribbons, custom tags or various trimmings. They're usually just neatly wrapped with a big stick-on bow and stick-on labels. I guess I don't have motor issues with my hands so that helps a lot. I only use high quality wrapping paper and good tape, which makes the work much more pleasant. Used cheap thin papers before, and they were horrible. They're just not worth the frustrations for the couple dollars saved.

I don't have any friends or family who do fancy wrapping, NT or not. Even those ladies whose houses are spotless don't bother with ribbons or raffia or jingle bells. If we ever receive a present with matched glitter ribbon and pinecones on it, they were store wrapped.

No, I also prefer gift bags. It's frustrating for me to wrap presents.

Nope. I cheat and go buy gift bags.

I also like using gift bags, as I'm not as good at wrapping presents. Plus, like others have pointed out, gift bags can be reused.

From what I can remember I struggled with it, but I don't have much experience wrapping gifts.

Gift wrapping in Japan. I've been doing this with the presents this year.. It feels really crisp.

I'm not good at it, but I do it anyway. Because, I like colourful wrapping paper and I don't like if you can see immediately what you've got. It should be a surprise.

For all presents I wrap, I have only three different techniques, and none of them looks professional.
Most presents (all rectangular ones) I wrap exactly like I used to wrap my Butterbrot (=simple sandwich) for school / work. I place it in the middle of a piece of wrapping paper, fold the paper from the top and the bottom around it, and what stays at the sides gets folded to triangles. Then I fold the triangles up onto the present and fix them with tape. And then I turn the whole thing around to hide the side with these ugly triangles.

I love wrapping presents but I'm awful at it. My mom and sister don't let me wrap many XD

I love wrapping presents----and, am pretty good at it----but, I've also done gift-bags.

This is the first Christmas in my life that I will be giving presents to anyone. After years of family members getting me things even though I ask them not to, this year I am just giving my sisters each a $50 gift card and my mother a cheap tablet that she will probably never use. I asked one of my sisters to wrap the tablet. I guess it would be a waste of time wrapping gift cards, but wrapping would be too tedious a project for me. I much dislike this season as it is.
