Does anybody else flap their arms and legs at night?

I frequently wake up at night, finding myself flapping intensely with my whole body.
My hands, arms, legs, feet ... they flap a lot!
I can't control it and it's very uncomfortable. I mostly do this when I have experienced something nervy during the day.
Anybody else doing this?
