It's a thunderstorm. This is the 1st time we've had rain in sever months. Maybe the world is ending tonight

Really? It's been raining almost every single day in Idaho for weeks. Very British weather; my sister won't be happy when she comes to visit from Manchester! Yesterday was the first nice day we had in a long time (around 80 degrees Fahrenheit, sunny and clear skies), and today it went back to being rainy, windy and cloudy.

It's pretty windy here right now. Humid, but not exactly hot. Bleh...

Louisiana has been having a bad drought which might be good in a way because there wasn't nearly as much flooding as people were worried about because the flood-gates were opened due to the rising water in the Mississippi river from the north. Seemed ironic that people were worried about flooding in a drought. Storm is starting to dye down some now but there's still a lot more left

It just stormed a good bit. Enough to make the backyard a temporary swamp. Summer thunderstorms. Love em'.

I am so jealous Acacia. We have had one T-storm in Manchester this year so far, I think there were only two CGs:(

The weather here at the moment is... dark

Calm and humid with a chance of severe thunderstorms. Supposed to be over 90 tomorow but now it's just mild and stuffy out. The mosquitoes love it.

I want a thunderstorm badly right now but not sure it's going to happen. The good storms usually miss me or die off as they appraoch. Damn cold Lake Michigan water always kills them. Or the weather just never wants to please me.

I'm going back to Seattle in a couple weeks where lightning and thunderstorms don't exist for all practical purposes. I'll be really pissed if I don't get to see good old Midwest thunderstorm before I leave.

Lynnwood WA? I heard the spring's been cold an miserable for the most part in the PNW this year. Has it even hit 80 yet this year? I know the mountains still have a HUGE crapload of snow to melt.

Partly cloudy until 3pm, when dark clouds moved in with rain. 13 (55)
