I started the at-home exercises my physical therapist gave me and now my back and neck hurt. I'm scared to do more of them.

It seems like everything is bothering me lately and I can't wait to move. I think a new place with new things will make me feel better. I've been living here for 30 years and have a landlord that does nearly all repairs himself. The new place when my turn comes up will be all nice and fixed up and when something breaks they'll send an actual plumber or electrician or whatever to fix it.

Today my landlord "finished" fixing the bathroom outlet which still hums and bothers me so much I keep the light off since that cuts the power off to the outlet and stops the humming. That outlet gives me a lot of anxiety and if it gets louder severe panic attacks.

Then the hot water heater stopped working and the landlord did something with that. This wasn't the first time it did that. Now the burners on the stove don't work even though the pilot lights are lit. (now they lit when the stove cooled down)

I feel like lately something or other is always setting off a panic attack in me and I have no insurance or money to get help. Various strong or out of place or unidentifiable sounds and smells give me panic attacks.

A certain WP member's been inexplicably missing for several days, and I've succumbed to my worry for her. She said she'd tell me when she couldn't reply/get on, and there was no notice for this whole weekend; Figured she'd be back by school time, if there was a surprise vacation or something. But no, nothin'.

Got news today that my Nana's corroted (sp?) artery is 90% blocked and she could have a stroke at any moment. That was how all of her siblings died, by the way. She's having surgery in two weeks. I'm really irritated that they couldn't get her into surgery sooner. I'm not going to stop worrying about her until she actually comes out of surgery.

Nana lives in Denver, Colorado, but two of her children (one of my aunts and her brother, my uncle) are going to go take care of her after she has surgery. Neither of them have jobs so they can always be there for her. My parents would go but they both work full time. However, they told me that if anything goes wrong, we're flying out there.

Eek! Just remember, every time you cut, stab or prick yourself there's likely some poor garlic doll being poked with pins as a result. Please take a moment to consider the garlic people.

Good news/bad news

Good news: I got wrestling shoes and a towel, so my instructor's complimenting me lots now. :?

Bad news: I was too tired to focus today, think I might be skipping my vegetables or something.
