America honors its military veterans with their own holiday today.

Please take a moment to reflect on their service and sacrifices.

Thank you.

As a veteran from the era of Viet Nam, I honor all vets around the world for their commitment to each other while governments use some of them for cannon fodder.

I am very grateful to all of the men and women who serve in the United States military. Without them, I wouldn't be able to enjoy all the freedoms I have which I often take for granted. So if any veterans are reading this - I want you to know that I appreciate what you do. Thank you. :salut:

I'm thankful for all the men and women who were brave enough to fight for Canada in the first and second World Wars. I bought myself a poppy after all.
