Explanation to English viewers: there are no penalty fares in Scotland.

('Big Man' is how we address people in Scotland. )

Yea but it's usually applied to er, big men...

And to smaller men, is applied the epithet 'Wee Man'.

But you can throw it off the train!! !!

And I've been called "big man" a few times when I've been in Northern Ireland (where the accents and words are similar in parts to the Scottish). It is a an affectionate term for big or people like me that are simply Michelin Men.

I completely agree with chucking the wee toe-rag off the train. He's now bleating to the media about assault etc. Of course he was assaulted, but after serious provocation by him of all the people on the train.

But towards the end of the clip, did I see that right, it looks like some other Big Man, not the original one, actually shoved the conductor off?

That was a great video. It showed just how insolent today's youth is and that the little squirt got just what he deserved.

He's damn lucky they don't have a railroad dicks that have beatin' him and tossed him off while the train was going. Ha,Ha. I hope nothing comes from it.
