I'm glad someone brought this thread back to current.

I bought an automatic espresso machine last week. The lowest end of jura machines, still not that cheap. It allows more control over the strength of the espresso shot. So far it's pretty good. Because it's so easy, I tend to have more coffee since I bought this machine. The old machine required so much more effort to make a shot and didn't warrant a success.

I need coffee and a rainy day and a good book and a fire because I'm sad, and those things make me happy. :(

We had to exchange our kettle tonight for the second time, finally changed the brand. Strong british tea tastes lovely. About to have my fourth cup of the day.

I had a cup of Joe at work today, and it was awesome. Lots of creamer, sugar, and ice, just the way I like it. 8)

After being a very serious coffee drinker for years and years, I seem to have lost the taste for it lately. :?: I might switch to chai in the mornings instead, but I have a whole bag of coffee to decide...

I've been having a problem with my tongue for quite a long time and cannot taste good coffee because of that. I think it's coming from stress. I really miss the blissful taste of coffee. I need to do something about my stressful situation.
