Chewing a fruit tea bag? No, can't say I have :) Is it an enjoyable experience? I am partial to a herbal or fruit tea myself, peppermint is my favourite and camomile is also high on the list.

I wouldn't say it's pleasurable as such, however it does aid restful sleep. :tired:

I try to have a cup of Sleep Easy tea before I go to bed, it's very relaxing.

I've never heard of that one but I have been known to have a cup of camomile on occasion, that's good for sleep.

That's good. How about a biscuit with your tea? Can't have a cuppa without a biscuit to dunk in it :)
